Does Meridian Lite replace QuickBooks or Xero?
No. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero. Meridian Lite gives your authorized AI tools a secure way to work with them.
Can my agent make changes in a company’s books?
Only when you choose read-write access. Choose read-only when you want the agent to inspect and report without changing ledger data.
Why are the QuickBooks and Xero agent connections separate?

Can I share a company with my team?
Team sharing is available to invited beta accounts. A team shares one QuickBooks company or Xero organization. Each teammate signs in with their own account, and the owner controls the company’s access level.
